What causes stress?
"I am under a lot of stress". When people talk about "being stressed out" it usually means they are talking about something stressful that's happening in their lives.
- A best friend moves away

- Too much homework

- Catching the bus & knowing some mean kids may give you a hard time

- Your pet dies
