What causes stress?

"I am under a lot of stress". When people talk about "being stressed out" it usually means they are talking about something stressful that's happening in their lives.

  • A best friend moves away
    A friend leaves
  • Too much homework
    A big pile of homework
  • Catching the bus & knowing some mean kids may give you a hard time
    At the bus stop
  • Your pet dies
    A pet’s grave

Events like these can put stress in our lives.
