Stress and feelings

Different feelings are connected with

Sometimes we get the message that's it's not OK to have upset types of feelings but this is not true.

It’s OK to feel sad, angry, scared or worried

It is natural to feel upset when we experience some stressful situations.Usually these upset feelings change when we work through whatever it was that caused the stress in the first place.

It’s not OK to let stress build up

Stress can build up if we don't do anything to help ourselves and this can make upset and negative feelings last for a long time.

And if stress lasts for a long time it can be like road blocks in our lives. We are slowed down or stopped from getting the most out of life.

Keep a check on stress, don’t let it build up and take over your life
