Step 1: What is the problem?

It sounds simple doesn't it? Working out for yourself exactly what the problem is, is an important first step to take.

Skye and Matt are partners for computing lessons. They usually work really well together but it looks like that’s not happening today! Yeah, I can hear them having an argument and their faces look angry with those frowns.

What to do: In the cartoon, look at Matt's and Skye's facial expressions and body language. Use this information to help you decide what their problem is.

  • Record what you think each of them wants.
